I have forgotten my password
What can be done?
Your password is not stored as such in our system. Instead, we store heavily encrypted user-specific data. It is therefore impossible for us to retrieve your password, but we can reset it forcefully if you request us to do so.
How does it work?
Enter your OSERIT log in email address in the form below and submit it. Our system will then send you an email containing both a confirmation URL and a cancellation URL. If you confirm, your password will be reset and a new password will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. You will then be able to log in with this new password and change it if you so wish once you are logged in.
